Job summary

ACCIONA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. You will lead the warehouse team, oversee inventory control, and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance on-site.

The role requires a degree in logistics or related field, plus several years of experience in warehouse supervision and construction logistics. Strong Excel skills and coordination with partners are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related Engineering field.
Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
3+ years in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support.
Familiarity with warehousing processes and Inventory Management with documentation.
MS Excel proficiency and ability to generate reports.
Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and in a multi-task team.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of Safety, ISO Audits and Environmental Compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation.
Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation.
Material reconciliations and record keeping.
Subcontractor material control.
Team supervision.
Safety and housekeeping.
Coordination with internal and external partners.
Equipment and operator monitoring.
Reporting and accountability.
Other related tasks as assigned.
