Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Pampanga project site. You will lead and direct the warehouse team, ensure accurate stock receipting, storage, and documentation, and maintain safe, efficient operations on site.

The role requires a degree in Logistics or related field and at least 3+ years in construction logistics or supply chain support, with strong MS Excel skills and a proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate with partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
• 3+ years in construction logistics, operations, or supply chain support.
• Familiarity with warehousing processes and inventory control documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong organizational, independent working, and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of safety, ISO audits and environmental compliances.
• Attention to detail, trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directions to the warehouse team, including daily toolbox meetings and task allocation.
• Oversee stock receipting, storage, inventory control and documentation.
• Material reconciliations and record keeping.
• Subcontractor material control.
• Team supervision.
• Safety and housekeeping.
• Coordination with internal and external partners.
• Equipment and operator monitoring.
