Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring safe and efficient operations while managing inventory and resources.

You will brief personnel, direct work plans, conduct physical counts, monitor shrinkage, and ensure adherence to processes. The role requires a degree in a related field and 6–12 months of warehousing experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing is preferred.
Understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics and current warehouse practices.
Ability to direct and coordinate operations across teams.
Strong organizational and management capabilities.
Proficiency with basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations and manage inventory and resources.
Brief warehouse personnel and address issues, concerns, and targets.
Direct, coordinate, and review work plans for team leaders’ assigned tasks.
Conduct physical inventory counts (partial and grand SO).
Monitor shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
Ensure adherence to processes and training across staff.
Read emails and address concerns from stores, merchandising, and other departments.
Keep display area full in preparation for the next day picking activities.

Who are we looking for:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are expected to lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.

Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
