Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Assistant to manage inbound containers, verify items, and ensure accurate stock. You will sign delivery notes, unpack and arrange goods, and prepare client orders while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, proficiency in MS Office, and at least 6 months in logistics or warehousing. Flexible shifts including night and early morning are required; assignment at Alfamart Distribution

• Willing to work shifting schedules including night/early mornings.

Aufgaben

• Receive and check deliveries to ensure correct stock type and quantity.
• Sign delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Handle stock with care, especially fragile items, and organize shelving.
• Unpack items and arrange them on shelves; assist in stock preparation for orders.
• Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and report issues.

Who are we looking for:

As a Logistics Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Reporting all breakages and spills.
• Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
