Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Assistant based in Cabuyao, Laguna.

You will handle inbound containers, verify items, and ensure deliveries are received in an organized manner while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Responsibilities include receiving and checking deliveries, signing delivery notes, unpacking stock, preparing client orders, reporting breakages, and supporting colleagues during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, or Business Management.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.
• Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
• Willing to be assigned: Royale Cold Storage, Barangay Pittland, Cabuyao Laguna.

Responsibilities

Who are we looking for:

As a Logistics Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.
