Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Senior Logistics Assistant to ensure seamless communication between the Distribution Center and Alfamart Stores. You will handle deliveries, verify stock, sign receipts, and keep stock orderly.

The role requires a 4-year degree, at least 1 year in customer service or logistics, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays at the Calamba City, Laguna distribution center.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
Ability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication, coordination and people handling skills.
Willing to be assigned to Alfamart Distribution Center, Calamba City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

Receive and check deliveries to ensure correct stock.
Sign delivery notes upon receipt.
Heed notes about handling stock, especially fragile items.
Unpack items and arrange on shelves as needed.
Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized facility.
Report breakages and spills.
Assist other staff in the department during lulls.

Who are we looking for:

As a Senior Logistics Assistant, you are expected to be responsible for seamless communication and operational efficiency between the Distribution Center and Alfamart Stores. Your responsibilities include:

Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
Reporting all breakages and spills.
Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
With at least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
