Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Dasmariñas-based warehouse team.

You will coordinate staff, oversee inventory control, ensure safe, efficient operations, and align daily activities with store needs. The ideal candidate has a degree in business, logistics or related field, with 6–12 months warehousing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coach staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
6–12 months of experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
In-depth understanding of picking and warehousing processes.
Ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willing to be assigned to Royale Cargo Dasmarinas, Cavite.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.
Conduct briefing of warehouse personnel and discuss issues, concerns and targets.
Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities

What does it take to be part of the team?

At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Willing to be assigned: Royale Cargo Dasmarinas, Cavite
