BUZUD (Roffe International Holdings Pte Ltd) seeks an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, inbound/outbound activities, and team coordination in a medical-device logistics setting in the Philippines.
The role emphasizes strict GDPMDS and HSA compliance, cold-chain monitoring, lot and serial tracking, FEFO/FIFO, and close collaboration with drivers, 3PLs, and QA teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch.
Day-to-Day Warehouse Operations
Supervise inbound goods receiving, unloading, and inspection against Purchase Orders and Bills of Lading.
Oversee putaway, picking, packing, and labeling across B2C e-commerce orders, B2B wholesale, GP clinics, hospitals, and retail showrooms (e.g., Guardian).
Assign daily workload and coordinate tasks for warehouse assistants and handlers.
Inventory & Cold-Chain Management
Execute lot, batch, and serial number tracking across ERP/WMS systems for full product traceability.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 100% physical vs. system stock accuracy.
Monitor temperature/humidity conditions and cold-chain storage for sensitive products (e.g., Continuous Glucose Monitors / CGMs, test kits).
Manage product shelf life, shelf-rotation (FEFO/FIFO), and expiry tracking.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
Ensure operational compliance with GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) and HSA (Health Sciences Authority) guidelines.
Report cargo damage, temperature excursions, or inventory discrepancies to Quality Assurance/Logistics Managers.
Maintain safe, organized storage conditions following 5S principles.
Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate daily delivery schedules with internal drivers, 3PL couriers, and freight forwarders.
Ensure accurate processing of outbound Goods Received Notes (GRN) and shipping documents.
Experience: 2-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, ideally with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Industry Background: Medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare logistics background is strongly preferred.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HSA regulatory standards and GDPMDS certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/WMS software, inventory control, and Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills: Team leadership, acute attention to detail (critical for medical serial tracking), and problem‑solving skills.
