Sannovex Pharmaceutical Distributor is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the pharmaceutical warehouse operations in our Manila area. You will ensure receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with GDP, FDA standards, and ISO requirements.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, proper documentation, staff supervision, and maintaining environmental controls for sensitive products. Strong leadership and process improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements, GDP, and GSP.
• Understanding of FEFO and stock rotation practices.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and accuracy.
• Ability to supervise and develop warehouse staff.

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and control of warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receipt, storage, handling, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products. The role ensures that warehouse activities comply with company policies, Good Distribution and Storage Practices, applicable FDA requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Warehouse Manager maintains inventory accuracy, product integrity, proper documentation, and effective management of warehouse personnel ensuring maximum compliance with ISO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse
• Oversee receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products
• Ensure products are stored under appropriate environmental and temperature conditions, where applicable
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, security, and product segregation
