Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Survey Assistant for the MCRP02 Project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will assist the Surveyor on-site, manage survey equipment, and ensure timely, accurate field work in a dynamic construction environment.

Candidates should be a High School graduate with a valid driving license. Construction exposure is a plus, and readiness for physical tasks is required to support the project needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; construction experience is a plus but not required.
• With a valid driving license and ability to drive vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Surveyor/Jr. Surveyor on-site and perform survey tasks as directed.
• Charge batteries daily and keep survey equipment clean and ready.
• Report needed materials or damaged items promptly.
• Be punctual according to the project calendar and working hours.
• Act with professional conduct and best practices on site.
• Report any erroneous or suspicious survey work to avoid errors.
• Be prepared for physical tasks and long hours on site.
• Maintain organization of survey materials and keep equipment in good condition.

Job Description

• Assist the Surveyor/Jr. Surveyor on-site and any survey tasks directed to him.
• Charge batteries daily and keep clean and tidy the survey equipment & its parts accessories.
• Notify the materials needed or damaged during daily use (pegs, spray paint, nails, warning tapes, steel caps, etc.).
• Be punctual as per the official project calendar and working hours determined at each time.
• Conduct himself as per professional best practices.
• Report to the Surveyor/Immediate Supervisor any erroneous/suspicious survey works in the conduct of setting-out/checking to avoid mistakes.
• Be ready for exigent physical works such as but not limited to lifting weights, hammering stakes and nails, bending over, long hours standing, etc.
• Housekeep the premises where all survey materials are kept, including the material itself, to be always ready and in good condition.
• Maintain the site service vehicle in good condition & report any mechanical problems that may need servicing/repair.

Required Skills and Competencies

• At least High School graduate; construction experience is a plus but not necessary.
• With a valid Driving License and know how to drive vehicles
