Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a capable Fulfillment Unit lead in Cebu to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely fulfillment, dispatch, and inbound targets. The role involves coordinating with sales and finance teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics, strong English and Tagalog communication, and solid experience with WMS/ERP and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of college or a technical/vocational course acceptable.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/logistics/fulfillment or operations experience.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, inventory monitoring, and reporting is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and Tagalog communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to meet fulfillment, dispatch, and inbound targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, order quality, and RTS processing.
• Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and coach team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Control packaging materials, consumables, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, WMS processes, safety standards, and 5S practices.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.

About The Unit

The Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred; at least two years of college education or a relevant vocational/technical course is acceptable.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory monitoring, and operational reporting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
