Job summary

Ninja Van PH in Cebu is seeking a results-driven Fulfillment Unit Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, dispatch targets, and inbound processing. You will coordinate with sales and finance, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse or logistics, hands-on with WMS/ERP, Excel and Google Sheets, and strong English and Tagalog communication. You will lead a small team, manage priorities, and ensure safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred; 1–3 years in warehouse/fulfillment/logistics is required or acceptable.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with data reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to meet fulfillment, dispatch, and inbound targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, order quality, and RTS processing.
• Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and coach team members for efficiency.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Control packaging materials, consumables, labor costs, and other expenses.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, WMS processes, safety standards and 5S practices.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

About the Unit:

The Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred; at least two years of college education or a relevant vocational/technical course is acceptable.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, inventory monitoring, and operational reporting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
