Job summary

Job description

Warehouse specialist work in accordance with all safety regulations of the warehouse. Load and unload goods and supplies and ensure proper handling of the same. They also ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.

They maintain quality in the warehouse and keep track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the supervising authorities. They properly pack, label and tag the inventory in the warehouse. They efficiently carry out all orders of the supervisors. They coordinate work with fellow workers and other team members.

• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis.
• Pack finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labelling) and ensure the quality of the product ready for loading.
• Responsible in load and unloading of goods and raw materials to & from warehouse storage.
• Maintain a clean warehouse area and proper room conditions.
• Check, monitor record of pest control, cleaning record, temperature and relative humidity of warehouse area.
• Receive work orders from PPIC and production supervisor.
• Prepare all items and make a proper check in accordance to SOP and GMP of all the items to be pick-up by clients, to be delivered by sales rep and delivery staff to client’s warehouse. Assist them in loading of all the items.
• Accomplish proper documents to be signed by clients, delivery staff, sales representative and production staff for the stocks ordered.
• Assist in unloading of returned or reject items from clients and place it in proper storage. Make a proper checking of returned items and accomplish proper documents.
• Maintaining and making sure that warehouse equipment’s are in good working condition such us, air conditioning units, weighing scales, trolleys, push carts, etc.
• Compliance to procedure, guidelines, policies and performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
• Perform fiscal year stocks inventory count.
• Assist in reconciliation of all discrepancy.
• Submit plans and goals for warehouse improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Knowledgeable in warehouse management procedures.
• Time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Can work under less supervision.
