Job summary

LALIZAS Pilipinas in Manila is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/export activities. You will coordinate daily tasks, manage documentation, and ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse or logistics, knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, and strong English communication for a growing international organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, distribution, or related role.
• Experience with shipping/export documentation and carrier coordination is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, B2B or similar systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive and reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, label, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts; investigate discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Organize warehouse storage areas and ensure safe handling and cleanliness.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate tasks to personnel.
• Coordinate transportation and deliveries, including carrier arrangements and shipment tracking.
• Prepare shipping and export documents (packing lists, invoices, delivery notes, customs docs).
• Follow up with carriers on deliveries, delays, and customs clearance.
• Communicate transportation and customs costs to Sales via B2B system and record costs.

The Role:

The Warehouse & Shipping Associate will support the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics activities. The role combines warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment, transport coordination, and shipping/export activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, label, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and investigate discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Organize warehouse storage areas and ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and support the effective allocation of tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate transportation and deliveries, including transport schedules, carrier arrangements, and shipment tracking.
• Prepare shipping and export documentation, including packing lists, invoices, delivery notes, and customs documents.
• Follow up with carriers and relevant parties regarding deliveries, delays, and customs clearance.
• Communicate transportation and customs clearance costs to the Sales Department through the B2B system and ensure transportation costs are accurately recorded.
• Identify operational issues and support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, distribution, or a related role.
• Experience with shipping/export documentation and carrier coordination is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good computer skills and experience with ERP, WMS, B2B, or similar systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
