Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Calamba, Laguna. You will monitor inventory, ensure items are received and moved to the next stage within set timelines, and help keep records up to date.

You will assist the Shift Lead by assigning tasks, conducting initial delivery checks, reporting discrepancies, and compiling shift data while upholding strict safety and warehouse guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years warehousing/logistics/e-commerce experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse tools and inventory systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies to the Shift Lead
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations
