Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work in Plaridel, Bulacan on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within set timelines.
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies to the Shift Lead or appropriate department
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations
