Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Associate to monitor inventory, ensure items are received and moved along timelines, and assist in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff.

You will conduct initial checks on deliveries, report discrepancies, document inbound transfers, maintain records, track attendance, and help the Shift Lead compile performance data and shift reports while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of warehousing, logistics or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Exposure to warehouse tools and inventory systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within set timelines.
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) to the Shift Lead or appropriate department.
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
