Job summary

Shopee Philippines is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support daily inventory control in Cabuyao, Laguna. You will help ensure goods are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within timelines, and assist in coordinating warehouse tasks for the shift.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics. Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace is expected, with willingness to work shifting schedules and be based in Cabuyao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1–2 years in warehousing/logistics is preferred.
• Exposure to warehouse tools and inventory systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized; follow procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines.
• Assist in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages).
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
