Job summary

Shopee in Manila is looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist in monitoring the inbound process and support daily tasks for warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will help ensure items are received and documented accurately while promoting safety and adherence to guidelines.

A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required. This position is based in Calamba, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the inbound process for timely item handling.
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions.
• Track attendance and task completion during the shift.
