Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in a soon-to-open warehouse on Fatima Road, Jubay Liloan Cebu, seeks an experienced Load Planner to optimize shipments and coordinate capacity for timely deliveries across our network, serving the banking and mortgages sector.

You will work with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure accurate shipments, monitor delays, analyze freight data, and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Load Planner or in a similar logistics coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of load optimization techniques and vehicle capacity management.
• Proficiency with load planning software and logistics management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule load assignments to maximize vehicle utilization and minimize transportation costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays or issues that may arise during transit.
• Optimize routing and consolidate loads to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate records of load plans, shipments, and related documentation.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Load Planner to join our team at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in soon to open warehouse facility in Fatima Road, Jubay Liloan Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient logistics management. As a Load Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, managing vehicle capacity, and ensuring timely delivery of goods across our network. This role is essential to maintaining our operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to our clients in the banking and financial services sector, particularly within the mortgages industry.
