Job summary

Shopee Philippines in Bustos, Bulacan, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead warehouse resource planning and deployment. You will define standards, plan staffing, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring accurate attendance and data integrity across functions.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems. Expect heavy collaboration with HQ and on-site teams to sustain seamless operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Experience in manpower coordination and procurement is a strong advantage.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong operational understanding of warehouse resource management.
• Familiar with manpower agency coordination, vendor liaison, and procurement workflows.
• Analytical and able to track performance vs. targets across resources.

Responsibilities

• Define HC standards by function based on volume and productivity baselines.
• Plan site HC with volume forecast and align with OPEX / Manpower.
• Submit manpower requests to vendors and raise OT requests for approval.
• Monitor attendance, allocation to functions, and productivity vs. CFR; record in WMS.
• Maintain activity tagging by function and support vendor attendance reconciliation.
• Rationalize usage assumptions and maintain safety stock per site.
• Forecast demand from ADO by function and align procurement with VMP.
• Generate PR per site on schedule with accuracy and lead time compliance.
• Monitor delivery vs. forecast and maintain zero stock-out days; track CPI.
• Receive and distribute consumables; maintain on-hand inventory records.
• Cover WHM during absences and serve as on-floor executor during peak periods.
• Interface with OPEX / Manpower, VMP, Corporate IT, and Expansion for resource matters.
