Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the entire warehouse in Silang, Cavite. You will ensure compliance with policies and vision, lead cost-control efforts, and drive data-driven improvements across inbound, outbound, and returns processes.

Responsibilities include staffing the division, enforcing SOPs, producing key metrics reports, and maintaining SLAs while optimizing costs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of warehousing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage warehouse in line with policies and vision.
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations via analytics.
• Manage cost/benefit analyses, forecasts, and feasibility studies.
• Oversee inbounding, returns, inventory, outbound and maintenance.
• Ensure SLAs are met and division is properly staffed.
• Coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing and handling requirements.
• Manage warehouse cost and budget, produce regular reports.
