Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, drive analytics for strategic initiatives, and manage cost and budgets in line with company policies. The position requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and willingness to be stationed in Calamba, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong leadership with analytical data skills to draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and databases.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
• Manages various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
• Produce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
