Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL in the Philippines is seeking an order processing coordinator to support daily logistics and distribution operations under DHL Supply Chain. The role requires ensuring adherence to quality and service standards while coordinating with customers, forwarders, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school or vocational education, and strong attention to detail and communication skills to manage shipments and orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• At least high school/vocational graduate.
• Sensitive to details and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard.
• To meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders).
• Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders.
• Update distribution database and network.
• Maintain and filing of documentation.
