Qualifications

> Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations.

> Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop team members.
> Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.

> Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with logistics software systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols
Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Manage and track inventory levels, organizing stock rotation and maintaining accurate records
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
Maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits
Train, mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and performance management
Communicate effectively with management, other departments and clients to resolve issues and meet operational targets
Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for senior management
Ensure quality control standards are met for all warehouse operations and deliverables
