Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support outbound logistics operations in the Philippines. You will encode outbound orders, validate SKUs and quantities, and ensure timely processing within set cut-offs.

Qualifications

1–2 years experience in warehouse or system-related roles
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven operations

Responsibilities

Perform accurate system encoding of outbound orders, picks, and shipments.
Validate order information, SKU details, and quantity accuracy before release.
Ensure timely processing of customer orders within defined cut-off times.
Monitor and manage system queues for picking, staging, and loading activities.
Generate required outbound documents such as pick lists, loading sheets, and shipping labels.
Troubleshoot basic WMS errors and coordinate with the system support team when needed
Work closely with outbound supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth workflow
