Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
• Willingness to work at Pinagbuhatan, Pasig site.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of supervising the operation to ensure it runs safely and efficiently, adhering to guidelines to achieve warehousing standards and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee warehouse processes (Pick and Pack, Expedite, Shipping) and align outbound operations with company standards and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, making the DSC their preferred logistics partner.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of roles and responsibilities for your position and team.
• Act as primary contact for client shipping issues (Putaway, Pick and Pack, Expedite, Shipping).
• Guarantee that all contracted KPIs are met.
• Provide operational support to other teams to optimize performance.
• Work with Contracts/Operations Manager and others to ensure SOPs and Work Instructions are followed.
