Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily functions across Order Control, Picking, Packing, Kitting, and Shipping, ensuring timely order fulfillment and strict SOP adherence.

You will lead supervisors and associates, drive productivity improvements, manage inventory integrity, and promote a safe, compliant culture while partnering with cross‑functional teams to meet customer requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive warehouse/logistics experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing Order Control, Picking, Packing, Inventory and Shipping.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE).
• Strong track record in productivity improvement and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Order Control, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.
• Ensure inventory integrity and accurate transaction movements.
• Develop KPIs and monitor productivity, cycle times, and service levels.
• Lead supervisors and teams, provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
