Job summary

IN1GO TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Cavite to supervise FMCG warehousing operations and lead a team of staff.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensure SOP compliance and safety, and drive process improvements to minimize waste and meet daily targets.

Team Management

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols, with a focus on the specific requirements of handling FMCG products.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and morale.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and share best practices related to FMCG warehousing.

Operational Oversight

• Oversee the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, with a focus on the unique challenges of FMCG products (e.g., expiration dates, temperature control).
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet daily targets and deadlines, considering the fast-paced nature of FMCG logistics.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards, with a particular emphasis on handling perishable or fragile goods.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions, addressing issues specific to FMCG products.

Inventory Control

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock audits, paying close attention to expiration dates and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or potential shortages to the Warehouse Manager, with a focus on minimizing waste and spoilage.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage and spoilage, adhering to specific temperature and humidity requirements for FMCG products.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment, with a focus on handling and storing FMCG products safely.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or unsafe practices, paying particular attention to the handling of chemicals or hazardous materials commonly found in FMCG warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including food safety regulations and labeling requirements.

Performance Management

• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity, with a focus on meeting the demands of FMCG logistics.
• Conduct performance appraisals and identify opportunities for training and development, with a focus on skills specific to handling FMCG products.
• Address performance issues in a timely and effective manner, following company policies and procedures.

Process Improvement
