Job summary

DO IT MARKETING CO., PHILIPPINES INC. in Cebu City is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch activities while optimizing space, manpower, and equipment.

You will supervise warehouse staff and drivers, ensure stock accuracy with regular cycle counts, enforce safety standards, and partner with other departments to improve efficiency and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, inventory handling, and dispatch activities.
• Optimize warehouse space, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure proper stock organization, labeling, cleanliness, and safety.
• Implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment with relevant departments.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete stocks.
• Oversee delivery scheduling, routing, and transportation activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and fuel consumption.
• Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints.
• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics personnel.
• Monitor performance, conduct training, and enforce company policies.
• Manage workforce scheduling and manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct facility, equipment, and vehicle inspections.
• Protect company assets and inventory from loss or damage.
• Prepare inventory, logistics, and operational reports.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external partners.
• Implement process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Recommend enhancements to warehouse, logistics, and inventory systems.
• Support management planning and operational objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
