Job summary

Kimtan Labs is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to support the Warehouse Manager by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and visibility on the floor. You will verify the work of floor staff, track metrics, and generate reports to improve performance.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in warehouse or inventory roles, strong data/reporting skills, and familiarity with Unicommerce or similar WMS. This role is onsite in the Philippines.

About the role

You are the Warehouse Manager's right hand on accuracy, efficiency, and visibility. While the Warehouse Manager owns strategy and standards, you ensure those standards are being met on the floor: checking the work of floor staff, measuring operational efficiency, and generating the reports that give the organization visibility on warehouse performance. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Double-check the work of floor staff across pick, pack, and dispatch: verify SKU accuracy, quantities, labeling, and packaging before release

• Validate B2B order assembly against account-specific requirements before dispatch

• Verify inbound receipts against POs: flag and document discrepancies before stock enters the system

• Catch and correct errors at the source. When errors recur, identify the pattern and report it to the Warehouse Manager

• Track and measure floor productivity: pick rate, pack rate, units per hour, throughput by shift

• Monitor courier cut-off compliance and dispatch pacing across pickup windows

• Identify bottlenecks, idle time, and workflow breakdowns. Surface findings to the Warehouse Manager with data

• Generate daily and weekly warehouse performance reports: dispatch rate, delivery success rate, order accuracy, inventory variance, and fulfillment SLA compliance

• Execute and validate inventory transactions in Unicommerce (Uniware): adjustments, transfers, and corrections with full documentation

• Own cycle count scheduling and execution: count, investigate variances, and resolve or escalation

About you

• At least 2 years in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or inventory management

• Strong data and reporting skills: comfortable building reports from operational data, not just filling in templates

• Detail-oriented: catches what others miss

• Independent worker: doesn't need to be told what to check or when to report

• Comfortable with physical warehouse presence and floor-level observation

• Experience with Unicommerce (Uniware) or similar WMS platforms (preferred)

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop fulfillment operations (preferred)

• Experience with B2B or modern trade fulfillment (preferred)

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting (preferred)
