Job summary

Focus Global Inc is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Operations Associate to join the Warehouse Department and support the company’s e-commerce and inventory management functions.

You will play a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the warehouse e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems and platforms for daily operations.
• Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, and online inventory across platforms.
• Support order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to support initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service through prompt, professional communication.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and regular stock counts and audits.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Generate reports and analyze operational data to support decisions.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

As a Warehouse Inventory & Operations Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Department, supporting the company's e-commerce and inventory management functions. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the company's warehouse e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

• Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems, tools, and platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, and online inventory availability across platforms.
• Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations to support business initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented communication.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing operational data to support inventory and business decisions.
• Help improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
