Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks while supervising the store team.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams, and maintain safety, hygiene and statutory compliance. Strong leadership, bilingual communication in English and Tagalog, and a hands-on approach are

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
