Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mandaue to oversee inventory processes and lead the warehouse team to meet KPI targets.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, and SOPs, optimize space, supervise counts, replenishment, and transfers, and report performance to the Warehouse Lead.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in e-commerce/logistics/warehousing, strong Excel skills, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing.
• Strong ownership and operational discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory experience with direct and agency staff.
• Detail-oriented with process-improvement background.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Apps.
• Able to read, understand and report data.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory process and team to meet KPI targets.
• Manage schedule and attendance for department staff.
• Ensure skilled staffing and develop for future challenges.
• Set SOPs to optimize space and productivity.
• Supervise physical counts and reconcile with data systems.
• Handle replenishment and rack transfers for order fulfillment.
• Report non-conformances, shortages, and overages to relevant departments.
• Ensure transfers are processed upon warehouse arrival.
• Provide performance reports to the Warehouse Lead.
