Job summary

Shopee is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Leader in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, enforce policies, and drive strategic initiatives through data analytics. You will manage inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics while ensuring SLAs and cost controls are met.

The role requires 8–10 years in warehouse operations, strong leadership, and KPI-driven decision making; willing to be stationed in Mandaue, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills to assess data and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
• Manages various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
• Produce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
