Beyond Innovations Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and dispatching.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, proper stock handling, and leadership of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient processes and high service quality. Key responsibilities include supervising activities, monitoring stock levels, verifying deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/ops/logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics roles.
• Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Proficient with Navision or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and address stock-related concerns for accuracy and availability.
• Ensure items are in good condition and complete with accessories.
• Verify received stocks against system records for accuracy.
• Ensure proper picking, packing, and preparation for delivery.
• Review and validate warehouse documents against picked and delivered items.
• Monitor backloaded items and ensure they are posted in Navision.
• Inspect delivery vehicles to prevent missing items before dispatch.
• Maintain organized storage areas and suggest layout/process improvements.
• Conduct monthly physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly warehouse performance reports.
