Job summary

IQ Packaging Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

The role will supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and enforce safety standards. The ideal candidate has a logistics or operations background with 2–5 years in warehouse roles, strong inventory knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in inventory management, receiving, dispatch, and warehouse control.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control practices.
• Experience supervising and managing warehouse personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site with flexible schedules when required.
• Preferably residing at Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and manpower.
• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and releasing of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct and supervise regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and product storage.
• Monitor proper handling and movement of materials and products.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and other departments regarding warehouse requirements.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, inventory records, and documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and other warehouse issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
• Implement measures to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
