Job summary

Othmann Incorporated is seeking a highly organized Warehouse In-Charge to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain safety and orderly storage. You will lead warehouse personnel toward operational excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, dispatch, implementing FIFO, conducting regular stock checks, preparing reports, and driving process improvements to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or related.
• 1–2 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse procedures and stock control.
• Familiarity with FIFO, physical inventory and warehouse documentation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and movement of materials and tools.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checking, reconciliation, and physical inventory.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are properly documented.
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventories and recommend improvement plans.
• Oversee tools inventory, issuance, maintenance, repair, and accountability.
• Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports.
• Identify and implement warehouse process improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse personnel to achieve productivity targets.
