Job summary

1stA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, guide a team, and ensure accurate, safe handling of shipments and inventory. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with supervisory/team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, trucking, freight forwarding, or logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of shipments.
• Lead, train, and monitor warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure accurate inventory monitoring and proper storage of goods.
• Monitor the loading and unloading of shipments and ensure proper handling of items.
• Ensure orders and shipments are properly prepared and dispatched on schedule.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transport, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Address operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports and other documents required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
