Job summary

Right Goods South Operations Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory accuracy and smooth distribution of goods. You will lead the team, implement policies, and coordinate with sales and logistics to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The role requires strong warehouse management knowledge, leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and WMS. Industrial Engineering graduates or related backgrounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, space utilisation and stock rotation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse team, including scheduling, task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement process improvements.
• Liaise with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to coordinate activities and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and well-maintained at all times.
