Job summary

Asiacargo is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee warehouse personnel and ensure operations align with company policies and customer service goals. You will lead daily receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet performance targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse operations, 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in cold storage or food distribution.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate daily tasks: receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure all activities are completed accurately within required turnaround times.
• Monitor manpower allocation and productivity to meet targets.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize pallet utilization.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation is strictly implemented.
• Conduct shift briefings and assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and coach warehouse personnel including Reach Truck Operators, Forklift Operators, Pickers and Checkers.
