Job summary

Beyond Innovations Inc. in Manila is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely distribution of goods.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels. The role requires 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, and proficiency in WMS/ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years in warehouse and logistics with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and integrity; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Implement SOPs to optimize space and efficiency; monitor KPIs.
• Oversee transportation, coordinate with 3PLs, and optimize delivery routes.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff; set performance goals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; investigate incidents and preventive actions.
