Job summary

Kids Village Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse & Operations Executive to support daily warehouse operations and local B2B deliveries. You will handle packing, stock organization, and last-mile delivery to retail outlets.

The role requires a Singapore Class 3 driving licence, comfort with physical stock, and 1–3 years in e-commerce/logistics. Opportunities exist for growth within a dynamic, expanding company.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence to operate company vehicles.
• Comfortable handling physical stock in a warehouse.
• 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations.
• Familiar with online sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack orders for B2C and B2B to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Organize stock and assist with last-mile delivery to retail outlets.
• Drive the company van to deliver goods, restock outlets, and collect inventory.
• Set up and dismantle equipment and displays for adhoc sales events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Adapt working hours flexibly during peak periods.

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist in local B2B deliveries. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and pack orders accurately for both B2C and B2B sales to ensure timely fulfillment
• Support the B2B sales team by organizing stock and assisting with last-mile delivery to retail outlets
• Drive the company van safely to deliver goods, restock retail outlets, and collect inventory as needed
• Assist in setting up and tearing down equipment and displays for adhoc sales events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support efficient operations
• Adapt working hours flexibly during peak periods such as sales events and festive seasons

About you

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual or automatic) to operate company vehicles
• Comfortable handling physical stock and working in a warehouse environment
• Experience of 1–3 years in e-commerce, logistics, or operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify (preferred)
