About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and creative E-Commerce & Marketplace Administrator to take full ownership of our multi-channel online sales and digital presence. In this role, you will manage our storefronts across various marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Carousell) and our company-owned websites. You will oversee the entire sales funnel—from handling initial customer inquiries to ensuring the final product is successfully shipped. Beyond operations, this is a highly creative role. You will be responsible for fresh content creation, designing promotional assets, and executing weekly digital uploads.

Key responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Store Management: Maintain, update, and optimize product listings across Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, and our company-owned websites.

• End-to-End Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales transaction process. This includes promptly responding to customer queries, managing orders, and coordinating final packaging and shipping.

• Creative Content & Uploads: Execute weekly games/product uploads and lead content creation across our social media platforms to drive engagement.

• Graphic Design: Use Adobe Photoshop to design eye-catching promotional banners, campaign graphics, and social media assets.

• Commercial Strategy: Conduct routine price comparison strategies and competitor analysis to ensure our listings remain competitive and highly visible.

About you

• Expert or highly proficient working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is mandatory for banner design and content creation.

• Proven experience navigating and managing backend systems for Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, and standalone e-commerce websites.

• A highly creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual aesthetics, layout, and digital trends.

• Excellent customer service communication skills and a meticulous approach to order fulfillment and logistics.

• Must currently possess valid working rights in Singapore.
