Job summary
Kids Village Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse & Operations Executive to support daily warehouse operations and local B2B deliveries. You will handle packing, stock organization, and last-mile delivery to retail outlets.
The role requires a Singapore Class 3 driving licence, comfort with physical stock, and 1–3 years in e-commerce/logistics. Opportunities exist for growth within a dynamic, expanding company.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence to operate company vehicles.
- Comfortable handling physical stock in a warehouse.
- 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations.
- Familiar with online sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack orders for B2C and B2B to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Organize stock and assist with last-mile delivery to retail outlets.
- Drive the company van to deliver goods, restock outlets, and collect inventory.
- Set up and dismantle equipment and displays for adhoc sales events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adapt working hours flexibly during peak periods.
