Job summary

Apeiron Consultancy LTD in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily fulfillment and logistics operations, ensuring security, storage, and timely dispatch of our products. Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Experience handling fast-moving consumer goods or e-commerce fulfillment is highly preferred.
• On-site work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory counts, manage stock replenishment alerts, and conduct regular physical audits to eliminate variances.
• Manage the efficient receiving of bulk goods from suppliers and supervise the daily packing and dispatch of customer and retail orders.
• Ensure SLAs for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) are met, minimizing delayed shipments.
• Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse assistants, packers, and riders to maintain a high-efficiency team culture.
• Design and implement layout strategies to maximize warehouse storage capacity and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners and delivery riders to resolve shipping delays or damaged goods.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive Warehouse/Depot Manager to oversee daily fulfillment and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the security, storage, and timely dispatch of our products, ensuring that inventory counts are 100% accurate. You will manage warehouse staff, streamline receiving and shipping workflows, and coordinate closely with our e‑commerce and retail distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee daily inventory counts, manage stock replenishment alerts, and conduct regular physical audits to eliminate variances.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage the efficient receiving of bulk goods from suppliers and supervise the daily packing and dispatch of customer and retail orders.
• E‑Commerce Fulfillment: Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), minimizing delayed shipments.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse assistants, packers, and riders to maintain a high‑efficiency team culture.
• Space Optimization: Design and implement layout strategies to maximize warehouse storage capacity and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Courier & Vendor Relations: Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners and delivery riders to resolve shipping delays, failed deliveries, or damaged goods.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 35 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations (experience handling fast‑moving consumer goods or e‑commerce fulfillment is highly preferred).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel for inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with standard e‑commerce seller center dashboards.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills for coordinating between head office management and warehouse staff.

Physical Requirement

• Ability to work on‑site and handle the physical demands of a warehouse environment.
