Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a WMS Operator to ensure the accuracy and reliability of warehouse data and daily transactions. You will monitor picking and order confirmation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring completeness and proper accounting of activities.

Your role supports inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment by coordinating with Warehouse, IT, and Transport teams, aligning with KPI targets and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year business course, preferably Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or IT related courses.

Responsibilities

• Processes all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next day delivery.
• Provides instruction to Warehouse Team on priority delivery orders.
• Coordinate with CSD, Transport and Warehouse Team on orders with special instructions.
• Check with Warehouse Team the status of picking and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with IM Team for stock changes and system updates.
• Check minimum expiry date of stocks before picking and confirmation.
• Answer queries from all concerned departments.
• Coordinate with IT regarding system downtime and issues.
• Coordinate with transport on delivery instructions and dispatch cut-off times.
• Assist in monthly KPI report preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

At 2GO Group, you will help ensure the accuracy and reliability of warehouse operations by maintaining the integrity of critical inventory and transaction data. As a WMS Operator, you will monitor daily warehouse transactions related to picking and order confirmation, ensuring that all activities recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) are complete, accurate, and properly accounted for.

Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will support inventory accuracy, enable efficient order fulfillment, and provide the visibility needed for informed decision-making. By working closely with warehouse teams and ensuring timely transaction validation and system updates, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What you’ll do..

1. Processes all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next day delivery.
2. Provides instruction to Warehouse Team on the priority delivery orders that needs to be picked.
3. Closely coordinate with CSD, Transport and Warehouse Team on the processing and handling of orders with special instruction.
4. Checks with Warehouse Team the status of picking and replenishment of stocks.
5. Closely coordinate with IM Team for any Physical/System stocks changes/updates and problem that may take effect on the processing.
6. Checks the minimum required expiry date of the stocks before picking and confirmation.
7. Answers to queries of all concerned departments.
8. Coordinates with IT regarding system downtime, issues, and problems.
9. Coordinates with transport section the following concerns:
   • a.) Delivery instructions of orders that has to be delivered to a specified address.
   • b.) Delivery instructions of orders that has to be delivered at a specified date.
   • c.) Dispatch cut-off time of different delivery areas (e.g. Manila, south Luzon, etc.)
10. Assists in the preparation of monthly KPI Report.
11. Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior.
