Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence in the Finished Goods Warehouse and Distribution Center. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and implement initiatives to enhance accuracy, cost efficiency, and service levels.

The role requires 1+ year in warehouse operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, WMS, and data visualization tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations
• Strong data analysis and KPI monitoring capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, WMS, ERP, and data visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or CI methods is advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About the role

As the Warehouse Operations Analyst, you will support the Distribution Center in achieving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and service level targets through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and project implementation. You will be responsible for monitoring warehouse performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze warehouse operational performance, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service level metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the efficient day-to-day operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse and Distribution Center.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of finished goods.
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational issues, inventory variances, and process gaps.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain and warehouse performance.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Participate in project implementation, system enhancements, and warehouse optimization programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

About you

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or distribution center operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and operational emergencies.
