Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Operations Associate to join the Warehouse Department and support our e-commerce and inventory management functions.

You will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams. You will monitor product listings and pricing across platforms, assist with order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking, and contribute to data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Pines, Mandaluyong office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems, tools, and platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in managing product listings, pricing updates, and online inventory availability across platforms.
• Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations to support business initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing operational data to support inventory and business decisions.
• Help improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Inventory & Operations Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Department, supporting the company's e-commerce and inventory management functions. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and daily operations of the company's warehouse e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Operations
