We are looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Management Supervisor to oversee and manage the inventory and warehouse management system of our Taguig Distribution Center (TDC).

The role will focus on ensuring that physical inventory, warehouse activities, and ECOUNT/ERP records are accurate, properly controlled, and aligned. The successful candidate will manage inventory data and system processes, monitor discrepancies, prepare reports, and continuously improve inventory and warehouse management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & ERP / ECOUNT Management

• Oversee the proper use and management of the ECOUNT ERP system for inventory and warehouse management.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions and warehouse movements in the system.

• Monitor inventory balances, item locations, stock movements, and system records.

• Review and validate inventory data, transactions, and supporting documents.

• Ensure physical inventory is properly reflected in the ERP system.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrections and approvals.

• Conduct and oversee inventory reconciliation and physical inventory counts.

• Prepare and analyze inventory and system reports for management.

Warehouse Management Processes

• Monitor warehouse processes and ensure that receiving, storage, transfers, issuance, dispatch, and returns are properly recorded in the system.

• Develop, maintain, and improve inventory and warehouse management SOPs and controls.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and system efficiency.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and concerned departments to ensure that physical warehouse activities are properly reflected in the inventory system.

Team & Process Supervision

• Supervise and guide personnel involved in inventory and system-related activities.

• Train staff on proper inventory procedures, system transactions, and documentation.

• Monitor compliance with established inventory controls and procedures.

• Support management in improving TDC inventory accuracy, reporting, and warehouse management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.

• ECOUNT ERP experience is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in inventory reconciliation, physical inventory counting, and inventory variance investigation.

• Good understanding of inventory movements, warehouse processes, and inventory control.

• Comfortable working with inventory data, reports, and system transactions.

• Proficient in MS Office Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of inventory accuracy and system controls.

• Candidates with Assistant Manager-level experience or equivalent experience in inventory/ERP management are encouraged to apply.

• Willing to work in a warehouse-based environment in Taguig.
